Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our site and our services, including the purchase and collection of car and motorcycle engines. By placing an order or collecting an engine, you agree to the following terms.

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Full payment must be made prior to pickup or delivery of any engine or part.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect engines or parts upon pickup.

• Once the engine has been picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for its proper handling, storage, and installation.

• Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of pickup or delivery to report any engine-related failures or issues.

• Claims must be submitted in writing, along with proof of purchase and clear documentation of the problem.

• After this period, we are not responsible for the condition, performance, or installation of the engine.

• Any warranty (if provided) will be clearly stated on the invoice or in the product description.

• We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect installation or use of the engine.

• Damage caused by third parties or external factors (e.g., overheating, lack of oil, accidents).

• Modifications or alterations made after purchase.

• We are not responsible for labor costs, vehicle downtime, loss of income, or any indirect damages.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility, proper fit, and professional installation of all parts.

• Returns are only accepted with prior approval and within 30 days.

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the invoice.

• A restocking fee may apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Guatemala.
